钢渣粉部分替换不同水泥对混凝土力学性能的影响

摘 要:为了研究钢渣粉对不同水泥的影响,用钢渣粉部分替换普通硅酸盐水泥钢渣混凝土、高抗硫酸盐硅酸盐水泥钢渣混凝土、快硬硫铝酸盐水泥钢渣混凝土中的水泥,比较使用这三种水泥钢渣混凝土3d、7d和28d的抗折、抗压强度的发展变化。试验结果表明:普通硅酸盐水泥、高抗硫酸盐硅酸盐水泥、快硬硫铝酸盐水泥钢渣混凝土的钢渣粉最优掺量分别是20%、10%、10%,合理掺量范围一般不应超过30%、30%、20%。
Abstract: To study the effect of steel slag on different cement, the development varies for flexural strength and compressive strength of three kinds of cement steel concrete in 3d, 7d and 28d are compared which include slag powder partly replaced cement from Portland cement steel slag concrete, high sulfate resistance Portland cement steel slag concrete, rapid hardening sulphoaluminate cement slag concrete. The results show that, the optimal dosages of steel slag powder from ordinary Portland cement, high sulfate resistance Portland cement, rapid hardening sulphoaluminate cement steel slag concrete are 20%, 10%, 10%, and a reasonable dosage range should not exceed 30%, 30%, 20%.
