聚羧酸减水剂在PHC管桩混凝土中的应用研究

摘 要:从聚羧酸减水剂合成设计的角度,研究了AMPS和HEA不同摩尔比对聚羧酸减水剂性能的影响。同时对比了聚羧酸减水剂和萘系减水剂在混凝土强度、收缩率、抗硫酸盐侵蚀方面的性能差异。结果表明:AMPS随着摩尔比的增加,可以有效提升减水剂的分散性,并能降低浆体黏度,表现为余浆含固量的降低,此外,还能缩短混凝土的凝结时间;HEA可以提升减水剂的保持能力,但会增加混凝土的含气量。聚羧酸减水剂与萘系减水剂的对比试验表明,聚羧酸减水剂相比于萘系减水剂有更高的减水率以及更好的耐久性能。
Abstract: From the perspective of PCE synthesis design, the effect of different mole ratio of AMPS and HEA on the performance of PCE as well as the difference performance of concrete compressive strength, shrinkage rate and sulfate resistance between PCE and FDS are studied. The results show that with the increasing of the molar ratio of AMPS, the dispersion of the PCE is improved, and it can decrease the viscosity of the slurry, which is reflected in the reduction of the amount of residual pulp, and shorten the setting time of the concrete. HEA can improve the capacity of the PCE, but it will be increase the air content of concrete. Compared with FDS, the result show that PCE has a higher water reducing rate and better durability.
