预制混凝土异形块体成型关键工艺及力学性能研究

摘 要:通过对预制混凝土异形块体关键成型工艺控制,以保证块体制作质量及结构装配的可实施性。基于试验研究及有限元建模分析,研究了单个块体受压力学性能及块体间相互作用后的力学性能,给出了裂缝发展趋势,确定出了薄弱位置,并建议应在竖向开孔位置加配钢筋,以避免因过早裂缝形成及开展导致的块体失效,降低块体承载力。
Abstract: The key forming processes of prefabricated self-locking concrete abnormal blocks are controlled to ensure quality and assembly structure. Based on the experimental study and finite element simulation method, the mechanical properties of a single block and between blocks after the mechanical properties of interaction are studied, crack development is given, and the weak position is determined, which recommends the vertical opening position should be arranged reinforcement to avoid premature cracks due to the failure to carry out the block, reduce block bearing capacity.
