磁化水钢纤维混凝土抗折性能试验与分析

摘 要:为改善混凝土脆性、易开裂缺点,提高纤维与混凝土的黏结强度,同时提高混凝土强度,综合考虑三者的基础上,采取在混凝土中掺入钢纤维,并使用磁化水代替普通水,制备磁化水钢纤维混凝土,进行三种水流速度和四种钢纤维体积率条件下的抗折强度试验。试验结果表明,对于普通水和磁化水钢纤维混凝土,抗折强度均随钢纤维掺量的增加而增大;磁化水能有效提高钢纤维混凝土的抗折强度;当钢纤维体积率为1.8%,水流速度为2.1m/s时抗折强度提高幅度较大,增长率为27.38%。
Abstract: In order to improve the shortage for brittleness of concrete and easy to crack, the bonding strength of the fiber and concrete is enhance, at the same time, strength of concrete is improved, considering these three factors, magnetized water steel fiber reinforced concrete is prepared by adding steel fiber in concrete, using magnetized water instead of ordinary water. Flexural strength experiments for three kinds of flow velocities and four kinds of steel fiber volume rate are carried out. The results show that, as ordinary water and magnetized water steel fiber reinforced concrete, flexural strength is increased with the increasing steel fiber content; magnetized water can effectively enhance flexural strength of steel fiber reinforced concrete; when the steel fiber volume is 1.8%, the flow velocity is 2.1m/s, flexural strength increased by a big margin, growth rate is 27.38%.
