蒸压加气混凝土砌块自保温墙体专用砌筑砂浆中钢筋埋置长度的试验研究

摘 要:通过九组试件36根钢筋在蒸压加气混凝土砌块自保温墙体专用砌筑砂浆中的拉拔试验,分析了竖向正应力、砂浆强度等级和钢筋锚固长度等因素对拉结钢筋黏结锚固性能的影响;通过三组试件6根钢筋的拉拔试验,得出钢筋内力和黏结应力沿锚固长度的分布曲线;计算锚固破坏时沿锚固长度变化的平均黏结应力,分别给出钢筋在自保温墙体砌块专用砂浆强度等级Mb5和Mb10中的临界锚固长度;为便于工程应用,提出了满足可靠度要求的钢筋建议埋置长度。
Abstract: Through the pullout tests of nine group specimens for 36 steel reinforced in autoclaved aerated concrete blocks self-thermal insulation wall, the influence of vertical normal stress, mortar strength grade and steel bar anchorage length on bond-anchorage property of binding steel bar is analyzed; through the pullout tests of three group specimens for 6 steel reinforced, the distribution curves of steel forces and bond stresses along anchorage length are obtained; the average bond stresses along anchorage length are calculated at bond-anchorage failure, and the critical anchorage lengths of steel bar embedded in Mb5 and Mb10 are given. For engineering application, the design anchorage lengths to satisfy reliability requirement are proposed.
