PVA-ECC材料在桥梁伸缩缝工程中的应用

摘 要:为提高桥梁伸缩缝的使用寿命,解决伸缩缝破损快速修复的问题,提出了一种高延性纤维增强水泥基复合材料(PVA-ECC)。室内试验结果表明,PVA-ECC具有良好的抗弯性能、抗拉性能、抗渗性能、抗冻性能,对伸缩缝常见病害有良好的预防及修复效果且施工简便,养护时间短。
Abstract: In order to improve the service life of bridge expansion joints and solve the problem of rapid repairing for damage of expansion joints, a high ductility fiber reinforced cementitious composites (PVA-ECC) is proposed. Laboratory test results show that, PVA-ECC has good flexural performance, tensile properties, permeability resistance, frost resistance performance, which has good prevention and repairing effect for common disease of expansion joints, PVA-ECC is easy to construct and maintenance time is short.
