磷渣-粉煤灰复合辅助性胶凝材料性能研究

摘 要:以磷渣-粉煤灰复合辅助性胶凝材料为对象,研究了不同磷渣掺量对低等级粉煤灰的需水量比、活性指数以及与减水剂适应性的影响,并利用XRD,SEM,TG等测试手段探究磷渣-粉煤灰-水泥体系的相互作用机理。结果表明,磷渣的掺入有助于降低粉煤灰需水量比、提高粉煤灰的活性指数,改善与外加剂的适应性,磷渣-粉煤灰-水泥体系的水化产物主要包含Ca(OH)2、AFt、CaCO3、C-S-H凝胶。
Abstract: Taking the phosphorus slag-fly ash composite auxiliary cementitious materials as an object, the influences of different phosphorus slag content on water demand ratio, activity index of low grand fly ash and the compatibility of superplasticizer are studied, besides, the interaction mechanism of phosphorus slag - fly ash-cement composite binding materials is discussed by using XRD,SEM,TG. The results show that, adding phosphorus slag can decrease the water demand ratio of fly ash which can increase activity index of fly ash, and improve the compatibility of superplasticizer. Hydration products of phosphorus slag-fly ash-cement composite binding materials mainly include Ca(OH)2、 AFt、 CaCO3 and C-S-H gel.
