以硅铬渣为细骨料的混凝土性能研究

摘 要:对硅铬渣作为细骨料全部或部分取代天然河砂制备的混凝土性能进行了研究,包括混凝土的力学性能、耐久性能,并通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和显微硬度测试技术初步探讨了硅铬渣对混凝土界面过渡区的影响。试验结果表明,硅铬渣具有一定火山灰活性,作为混凝土细骨料能提高混凝土强度,改善混凝土过渡区结构,使混凝土耐久性能得到显著提高,其中掺80%硅铬渣作为细骨料制备的混凝土效果更好。
Abstract: The basic properties of the concrete in which silicon chromium slag(SCS) substituted natural river sand are studied, including the mechanical properties and the durability of hardened concrete. Based on the testing technology of SEM and microhardness, the influence of SCS on the interfacial transition zone (ITZ) was also studied. The results indicate that the SCS has a certain pozzolanic activity, SCS that was used as fine aggregates can effectively raise concrete compressive strength and improve structure of interfacial transition zone, which significantly make the good durability performance of concrete. The concrete which was mixed with 20% fine sand and 80% SCS has better performances than that of concrete with 100% SCS.
