基于多孔粉煤灰的水泥基相似材料自养护技术研究

摘 要:为了提高水泥基相似材料在自然环境下的养护效果,采用多孔粉煤灰作为填料研究其对相似材料性能的影响规律。结果表明:水泥基相似材料中,水泥作为凝胶材料提供相似材料的强度;在空气中进行自然养护的条件下,通过掺入多孔粉煤灰,能够提高相似材料的力学性能。粗粉煤灰掺量5%时相对于没有掺时的强度增加值超过50%~100%,粗粉煤灰替代10%时又比替代5%的强度增加值超过20%~80%。由于粗粉煤灰具有不同尺寸的开口孔,在水泥浆体搅拌过程中这些孔可以吸收并储存适量的水,在水泥硬化过程中,这些储存在孔中的水就会逐渐释放出来,表现为对水泥基相似材料一定的自养护功能。
Abstract: In order to improve the curing effect of cement-based equivalent material for geo-mechanical model test, porous fly ash was used as filler, under the dry condition. The deformation parameters of mortar are studied. The results show that cement is the base of strength for equivalent material, the compressive strength can be improved by adjusting filler grade. When the gravel were 5% replaced by fly ash, the strength of mortar was improved 50%~100%, and the strength of mortar replaced by 10% was improved 20%~80% than that of mortar by 5%, which indicated that in dry conditions, porous fly ash had self-curing effect on cement-based equivalent material.
