基于灰关联熵法的氯氧镁水泥混凝土强度影响因素分析

摘 要:根据已有试验数据,借助灰关联熵分析的手段,定量分析了轻烧粉用量、MgO/MgCl2摩尔比、MgCl2浓度、减水剂用量、砂率和粗骨料最大粒径等对氯氧镁水泥混凝土7d抗压强度性能影响的主次关系和影响程度。经分析计算得出:对氯氧镁水泥混凝土抗压强度影响最大的是MgO/MgCl2摩尔比和轻烧粉用量,其次为砂率、MgCl2浓度和粗骨料最大粒径。结果表明,在氯氧镁水泥混凝土多因素的分析中,灰关联熵法是一种实用、简洁且较准确的方法,其结论可为氯氧镁水泥混凝土配合比设计提供有效的计算依据。
Abstract: According to the experimental data, with the grey relation entropy method, the levels of effect of mix design parameters on the strength of magnesium oxychloride cement concrete are quantitatively analyzed. These mix design parameters are amount of magnesium oxide, the molar ratio of MgO/MgCl2, the concentration of MgCl2, dosage of water reducer, sand ratio, the maximum size of coarse aggregate. According to the analysis result, it can be concluded that the molar ratio of MgO/MgCl2 and amount of magnesium oxide have the largest impact on the strength of magnesium oxychloride cement concrete. The others, which are arrange from big to small, are sand ratio, the concentration of MgCl2 and the maximum size of coarse aggregate. The results show that grey relation entropy is a simple and feasible method with more accurate results to analyze multiple influencing factors of magnesium oxychloride cement concrete. The result can provide an effective calculation basis for magnesium oxychloride cement concrete mix design.
