围岩弹性反力系数对盾构管片力学性能的影响分析

摘 要:运用荷载-结构法建立盾构隧道管片的三维模型,设置合力的管片接头接触模型,研究了不同围岩弹性反力系数下盾构管片的力学性能。结果表明:随着围岩弹性反力的增大,管片的内力值、位移值及接头内力值、接头相对滑动都有减小的趋势;同样,在围岩弹性反力的减小时,管片的内力值、位移值及接头内力值、接头相对滑动都有增大的趋势。在围岩弹性反力系数大于400MPa/m时对管片内力、变形的影响不明显,而在围岩弹性反力系数小于400MPa/m时对管片内力、变形的影响比较大。
Abstract: The 3D model of shield tunnel segments was established by load-structure method, and a rational contact model of joints was set up. Based on this, the mechanical properties of tunnel segments under the different elastic resistant coefficient are analyzed. The results show that with the increase of the elastic resistant coefficient, segments internal force, displacement, joints internal force and joints sliding have a tendency to decrease; with the decrease of the elastic resistant coefficient, segments internal force, displacement, joints internal force and joints sliding have a tendency to increase. When the elastic resistant coefficient is greater than 400MPa/m, the influence of internal forces, deformation for segment are not obvious, but when the elastic resistant coefficient is less than 400MPa/m, the influence of internal forces, deformation for segment are relatively large.
