新型连续端钩钢纤维增韧混凝土残余弯拉强度分析

摘 要:为了研究不同钢纤维掺量、不同胶凝材料组成对混凝土残余弯拉强度的影响,根据金属纤维混凝土测试方法测试了钢纤维掺量为30kg/m3与40kg/m3的新型连续端钩型钢纤维增韧混凝土的载荷和切口张开位移值(CMOD)或挠度曲线图。试验结果表明,随着钢纤维掺量的增加,钢纤维混凝土残余弯拉强度及极限抗折强度均随之增加;硅酸盐水泥复掺硫铝酸盐水泥的钢纤维混凝土残余弯拉强度及极限抗折强度较普通钢纤维混凝土有所降低。钢纤维掺量的提高有助于提高混凝土的增强阻裂能力。
Abstract: In order to study the influence of different steel fiber content and the composition of different cementitious materials on the residual flexural strength of concrete, according to test method of metal fiber concrete, the load and the CMOD or deflection curve of the new type of continuous steel fiber reinforced which steel fiber content is 40kg/m3 and 30kg/m3 were tested. The experimental results show that, the residual flexural strength and ultimate flexural strength of steel fiber reinforced concrete are increased with the increasing of steel fiber content.The residual flexural strength and ultimate flexural strength of the steel fiber reinforced concrete mixed Portland cement with sulphoaluminate cement are lower than that of ordinary steel fiber reinforced concrete. The increase of steel fiber content is helpful to improve the capacity of resist cracking.
