锂渣超细粉作混凝土用矿物外加剂的试验研究

摘 要:利用气流粉碎机将锂渣加工成三种不同细度的超细粉,研究了锂渣超细粉的粒度分布、活性指数、掺量、水化热等技术指标。结果表明,平均粒径分布为5.55μm、4.32μm和2.96μm的三种锂渣超细粉的比表面积分别达到9.39m2/g、11.81m2/g和13.80m2/g,28d活性指数分别达到102.8%、104%和107%,但3d和7d的活性指数低于90%,这说明锂渣超细粉活性较高,但水化反应速率较慢。掺入锂渣超细粉的水泥水化热显著降低,超细加工有利于提升锂渣的性能。Abstract: Lithium slag is processed into three kinds of ultrafine powders by airflow splintered machine. The technology index as particle size distribution, dosage, activity index and hydration heat of ultrafine lithium slag are investigated. The results show that, the average particle size of three kinds of ultrafine lithium slag is 5.55μm, 4.32μm and 2.96μm, and specific surface area is 9.39m2/g、11.81m2/g and 13.80m2/g, respectively. The 28-day activity index is 102.8%, 104% and 107%, respectively. However, 3-day activity index and 7-day activity index are lower than 90% which indicates the activity of the ultrafine lithium slag is high and the reaction rate is slow. At the same time, the hydration heat of the cement mixed with ultrafine lithium slag is significantly decreased. Obviously, ultra-fine processing is beneficial to improve the performance of lithium slag.
