摘要：PCCP广泛应用于南水北调配套工程之中，其质量直接关系到工程的质量，因此，做好PCCP的生产制造质量控制，就成了保证南水北调配套工程质量最关键因素之一。本文从生产前准备、生产过程控制、生产监造和出厂前验收等方面探讨了PCCP的质量管理和质量控制，以供相关工程参考。 Abstract: PCCP is widely used in the South-North water diversion project, its quality is directly related to supporting the quality of the project, therefore, the manufacturing quality control of PCCP is one of the most key factors to ensure the quality of South-North water diversion project. Here, the quality management and quality control of PCCP such as the production preparation, production process control, production supervisor and acceptance before delivery are discussed for related projects.

摘要：PCCP广泛应用于南水北调配套工程之中，其质量直接关系到工程的质量，因此，做好PCCP的生产制造质量控制，就成了保证南水北调配套工程质量最关键因素之一。本文从生产前准备、生产过程控制、生产监造和出厂前验收等方面探讨了PCCP的质量管理和质量控制，以供相关工程参考。

Abstract: PCCP is widely used in the South-North water diversion project, its quality is directly related to supporting the quality of the project, therefore, the manufacturing quality control of PCCP is one of the most key factors to ensure the quality of South-North water diversion project.
