高掺量钢-聚丙烯混杂纤维高强混凝土抗弯韧性试验研究

摘 要:通过高掺量钢-聚丙烯混杂纤维高强混凝土的抗弯试验得到纤维混凝土的抗弯荷载-挠度曲线,据此分别采用弯曲韧性指数、等效抗弯强度与弯曲韧性比来研究分析不同体积掺量的钢纤维、聚丙烯纤维混杂后对C60高强混凝土抗弯韧性的影响规律。研究结果表明,钢纤维混凝土的抗弯强度和韧性均随着钢纤维掺量的增加而明显提高,对钢纤维掺量一定时的钢-聚丙烯混杂纤维混凝土而言,存在最优的聚丙烯纤维掺量使得抗弯强度和韧性最大,即出现较好的正混杂效应。
Abstract: The flexural load-deflection curves of fiber concrete is obtained by flexural behavior of hybrid fiber reinforced high strength concrete with high content steel-polypropylene fiber, the influence rules of different volume fraction of steel fiber mixed with polypropylene fiber on the flexural toughness of C60 high strength concrete are studied by flexural toughness index, equivalent bending strength and bending toughness ratio. The research shows that, the flexural strength and toughness of steel fiber reinforced concrete are obviously improved with the increase of steel fiber content, there is an optimal amount of polypropylene fiber, which makes the bending strength and toughness of the steel fiber mixed best, which appears good hybrid effects.
