PVA纤维增强水泥基复合材料力学性能研究

摘 要:采用弯曲拉伸试验和抗压试验研究了PVA纤维掺量对PVA-FRCC试件力学性能的影响规律。研究结果表明,PVA-FRCC试件的抗弯强度随着PVA纤维掺量的增加而增大,极限弯曲拉伸应变也随着纤维掺量的增加而增大;随着纤维掺量的增加,PVA-FRCC试件的抗压强度有增大的趋势,但随着掺量的进一步增加,抗压强度开始有降低的趋势。
Abstract: The influence rule of PVA fiber content on the mechanical performance of PVA-FRCC is studied by using tensile test and compressive test. The results show that, bending strength of PVA-FRCC is increased with the increase of PVA fiber dosage, and the ultimate bending strain is also increased as the increase of fiber content; with the increase of fiber content, there is an increasing trend of PVA-FRCC, however, with the further increase of PVA fiber dosage, compressive strength is decreased.
