摘 要:将玄武岩纤维和聚丙烯纤维以不同体积掺量分别进行单掺和混掺制备C60纤维混凝土,对纤维混凝土进行抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、抗折强度、冻融损伤、干燥收缩性能试验,记录不同龄期下相关性能指标的变化差异并与普通混凝土进行对比分析。结果表明,将玄武岩纤维和聚丙烯纤维混掺可以弥补单一纤维的不足,充分发挥两种纤维的不同优势,混掺纤维对混凝土劈裂抗拉强度和抗折强度的提升具有显著效果,纤维混掺可以削弱冻融损伤对混凝土抗压、抗折强度的不利影响,降低混凝土的干燥收缩变形。Abstract:C60fiberconcretewaspreparedbymixingbasaltfiberandpolypropylenefiberwithdifferentvolumesinglemixingandmixing,andthecompressivestrength,splittingtensilestrength,flexuralstrength,freeze-thawdamageanddryingshrinkageperformanceoffiberconcreteweretested.Thedifferencesintheperformanceindicatorsofdifferentageswererecordedandcomparedwiththoseofordinaryconcrete.Theresultshowsthattheblendingofbasaltfiberandpolypropylenefibercanmakeupforthedeficiencyofsinglefiber,andgivefullplaytothedifferentadvantagesofthetwofibers.Themixedfiberhasasignificanteffectonthesplittingtensilestrengthandflexuralstrengthofconcrete.Theblendingcanweakentheadverseeffectsoffreeze-thawdamageonconcretecompressivestrengthandflexuralstrength,andreducethedryingshrinkagedeformationofconcrete.
