摘 要:主要研究了固硫灰掺量、细度以及SO3含量对活性粉末混凝土（RPC）早期强度和干缩性能的影响。研究结果表明，90℃蒸汽养护2d时，RPC强度随着原灰掺量的增加先增加后降低；自然养护至28d时，RPC强度出现倒缩现象。当粉磨时间超过20min时，继续延长粉磨时间RPC强度变化已不明显；当原灰掺量为胶凝材料的10%，固硫灰粉磨至D50为15.88μm时，RPC活性粉末混凝土早期干缩较小，强度较高； RPC活性粉末混凝土的早期抗压强度随着SO3含量的增加而增加，干缩随着SO3含量的增加而减小。
Abstract: The influences of different CFBC dosage、fineness and SO3 as admixture on the compressive strength and shrinkage performance of Reactive Power Concrete(RPC) are studied. The results show that after 90℃ curing 24h, the strength of RPC was increasing with the content of the original CFBC and then decreased. When the nature curing is to 28d, the mortar was decreasing. When the grinding time exceeds 20min, continuing the grinding time, the mortar strength change has not obvious. Replacing 10% cement with CFBC, with the D50 is 15.88μm, the RPC have a low shrinkage and high compressive strength. The compressive strength of RPC increased with the increase of the content of SO3, and the shrinkage descreased with the increase of the content of SO3.
