不同分子量聚天冬氨酸对混凝土性能的影响

摘 要:聚天冬氨酸(PASP)是一种被广泛应用的高分子化合物,但其在混凝土中利用还是空白。利用三种不同分子量的聚天冬氨酸在混凝土拌合时作为减水剂,分析了三种不同分子量的聚天冬氨酸对混凝土坍落度以及坍落度经时损失、强度和耐久性的影响。并在相同试验条件下,与其他两种聚羧酸减水剂进行了比较。结果表明,三种不同分子量的聚天冬氨酸对混凝土都有较好的减水作用,最佳掺量为胶凝材料总量的0.8%,其中P-B效果最好,优于试验所用的两种聚羧酸减水剂。PASP对于混凝土28d强度有一定提升作用,可以有效提高混凝土抗冻性,降低混凝土的电通量。
Abstract: PASP is a widely used polymer compound, but it is not still used in concrete. Using three different molecular weight poly aspartic acids as a reducing agent in concrete, the effects of three different molecular weights poly aspartic acids on concrete slump and slump loss, strength and durability were analyzed. And under the same experimental condition, the other two kinds of poly carboxylic acid water reducing agent were compared. The results show that the three kinds of different molecular weight of the polymer have good water reducing effect on the concrete. The best content was 0.8% of the total amount of cementitious materials, and the effect of P-B was better than that of the two kinds of polymer. PASP for 28 days of the concrete strength has certain promotion effect, and also can effectively improve the concrete frost resistance, and reduce the concrete electric flux.
