灌浆加固材料的抗裂技术及应用

摘 要:研究了粉煤灰、矿粉等掺合料对灌浆加固材料的水化热、体积稳定性的影响和抗裂性能的影响。结果表明,掺加粉煤灰和矿粉后,灌浆材料的水化热和放热速率降低,竖向膨胀出现滞后现象;掺加粉煤灰的灌浆材料早期竖向膨胀率增加、长期干燥收缩率大幅降低。现场试验表明,掺加粉煤灰后,灌浆加固材料的水化放热峰值和最大温差明显降低,早期强度也显著降低,经优化后,灌浆加固材料的抗裂性能得到显著改善。
Abstract: The effects of fly ash, slag powder on hydration heat, volume stability and crack resistance of grouting reinforcing materials were studied. The results show that the hydration heat and its release rate were decreased and vertical expansion was postponed when fly ash and slag powder were added to grouting material. The early vertical expansion rate of the grouting material with fly ash was increased, and the shrinkage rate of the long-term dry shrinkage was greatly reduced. Field tests show that after adding fly ash, grouting reinforcement material hydration exothermic peak and the maximum temperature difference decreased significantly, the early strength also significantly decreased. After optimization, the crack-resistance performance of the grouting reinforce material has been significantly improved.
