纤维增强免压蒸PHC管桩混凝土的抗冲击性能研究

摘 要:研究了钢纤维(SF)、聚丙烯纤维(PP)和聚乙烯醇纤维(PVA)对免压蒸PHC管桩用混凝土的力学性能及抗冲击性能的影响。结果表明:PP纤维、PVA纤维和SF的加入提高了混凝土的抗压强度和抗折强度,其中,SF的提升效果最大,平均抗压强度高出空白组15MPa,PP纤维和PVA纤维的提升效果不太明显;SF的加入大大提高了蒸养混凝土平板的抗冲击性能,PP纤维的加入对抗冲击性能也有一定程度的提高,PVA纤维略微降低了混凝土平板的抗冲击性能;SF混凝土板的抗冲击性能随W/C变化不大,其他纤维混凝土板的抗冲击性能随W/C增加而降低。
Abstract: The mechanical properties and impact resistance of non-autoclaving PHC concrete with steel fibers (SF), polypropylene fibers (PP) and polyvinyl alcohol fibers (PVA) are investigated. The results show that all the three fibers can enhance the compressive strength and flexured strength of the concrete, in which the compressive strength of concrete with SF is the highest, 15MPa higher than the contrast one. Furthermore, when SF is added in to non-autoclaving PHC pile concrete, the impact resistance properties are greatly improved. The impact resistance properties of concrete with PP can also be enhanced to a certain extent, however PVA will reduce the impact resistance properties of non-autoclaving PHC pile concrete. When the W/C is reduced, the impact resistance properties of concrete with SF changes a little, but concrete with other two fibers have lower impact resistance properties along with the W/C is reduced.
