混杂纤维增强水泥基复合材料断裂性能研究

摘 要:为了研究纤维对混杂纤维增强水泥基复合材料(简称:混杂FRCC)断裂性能的影响,进行了缺口梁的三点弯曲对比试验。试验结果表明,纤维的掺入可大幅度提升水泥基材的断裂能和断裂韧度;纤维比例对混杂FRCC的断裂能与断裂韧度有显著影响;在2.0%纤维总体积率条件下,SE-FRCC的断裂性能优于混杂FRCC;对混杂FRCC断裂性能的提升:PVA纤维<PP纤维<SE纤维。
Abstract: In order to study the influence of fiber on the fracture properties of hybrid fiber reinforced cementitious composite materials, the experiment of three point bending test for dapped-end beam was conduct. The results indicate that, the fracture energy and fracture toughness of cementitious materials can be remarkably improved by adding fiber; fiber proportion has a significant effects on the fracture energy and fracture toughness of hybrid-FRCC; under the condition of 2% fiber volume ratio, the fracture properties of SE-FRCC is superior to those of Hybrid-FRCC; that of FRCC is improved: PVA fiber<PP fiber<SE fiber.
