玄武岩纤维和环氧树脂乳液对水泥砂浆的耦合作用

摘 要:在水泥砂浆中分别单掺或复掺玄武岩纤维和环氧树脂乳液,测试了水泥砂浆的流动性和力学性能,并用压汞法测试水泥砂浆的孔结构,研究了玄武岩纤维和环氧树脂乳液对水泥砂浆性能的耦合作用。结果表明,水泥砂浆在纤维掺量为1.5%,聚灰比为7.5%时流动性最好;玄武岩纤维和环氧树脂乳液的加入能有效降低水泥砂浆的孔隙率,纤维掺量为1.5%,且聚灰比为7.5%时,具有最小孔隙率6.31%;玄武岩纤维掺量控制在1.5%,水泥砂浆在聚灰比为12.5%时具有最小压折比4.14。
Abstract: Basalt fiber and epoxy resin emulsion were single mixed or double mixed in cement mortar, the liquidity and mechanical properties of cement mortar were tested, the pore structure of cement mortar was tested by mercury intrusion method, the coupling effect of the basalt fiber and epoxy resin emulsion on properties of cement mortar were investigated. The results show that, liquidity of cement mortar is the best when fiber content is 1.5% and ratio of polymer to cement is 7.5%; the addition of basalt fiber and epoxy resin emulsion can effectively reduce the porosity of cement mortar. When fiber content is 1.5%, and ratio of polymer to cement is 7.5%, the porosity has the minimum value of 6.31%; when the basalt fiber content was controlled in 1.5% and ratio of polymer to cement is 12.5%, the ratio of compressive strength to flexural strength has the minimum value of 4.14.
