钢筋笼锈蚀预应力混凝土梁承载力试验与计算模型

摘 要:对5根预应力混凝土梁(4根钢筋笼锈蚀,1根完好)进行了正截面受弯承载力试验,总结了极限状态下的裂缝发展状况,分析了钢筋笼锈蚀程度对构件荷载—挠度关系、荷载—应变曲线的影响。建立了考虑箍筋锈蚀和受压纵筋锈蚀对受压区混凝土综合损伤的锈蚀预应力混凝土梁受弯承载力计算模型。试验表明,氯盐侵蚀作用后构件的受力裂缝会与锈胀裂缝贯通,结构符合适筋破坏特征,中和轴上移。
Abstract: Conducting tests on bending capacity of normal section for five PC beams (four corrosion, one intact) were carried out, the development of cracks in limit state was summarized. The effects of corrosion degree of reinforcing cage on load-deflection relationship and load-strain curve are analyzed. A calculation model for load capacity of PC beams was established, taking comprehensive damage of concrete compression zone caused by the stirrup rust and corrosion of pressure longitudinal reinforcement corrosion into consideration. The tests showed that, the development status of the crack is influenced by corrosion of steel bar and cracks will eventually be in the crack, the structure accords with the characteristics of reinforcement damage and the neutral axis moves up.
