排烟冷却塔防腐涂层对混凝土耐酸腐蚀性影响的试验研究

摘 要:“烟塔合一”技术的运用使烟气中残留的腐蚀性介质进入冷却塔,塔内环境的腐蚀性大大增强,特别是酸腐蚀环境的发展会直接导致塔壁混凝土的耐久性能降低。在选定混凝土强度等级条件下,开展了不同种类防腐涂料的耐酸腐蚀试验。试验结果表明:防腐涂层的运用可有效阻止酸性介质对混凝土的侵蚀;在相同酸性腐蚀条件下,有机成膜型涂料抗盐酸侵蚀能力要强于无机渗透型涂料;水泥基渗透结晶型涂层在酸性环境下存在表皮脱落现象,在使用中应考虑酸性环境对该涂层稳定性的影响。
Abstract: The use of "smoke tower" technology makes the residues of corrosive medium in flue gas into the cooling tower with flue gas, the corrosion is greatly enhanced in tower, especially the acid corrosion environment will directly lead to the development of the tower wall of concrete durability performance degradation. Under the selected concrete strength grade, the acid corrosion test of different kinds of anticorrosive coatings is carried out. The use of anti-corrosion coating can effectively prevent the corrosion of the concrete from the acid medium. Under the same acid corrosion condition, the corrosion resistance of the organic film coating is better than that of inorganic permeable coating. The surface of the cement-based permeable crystalline coating has the phenomenon of epidermal shedding in the acid environment, which should be considered in the use of the acidic environment to affect the stability of the coating.
