盾构管片裂缝修补材料的黏结性能研究

摘 要:在对地铁盾构管片裂缝的修补过程中,经常会遇到修补材料脱落和失效问题,所以材料的界面黏结强度是非常重要的指标。针对隧道和地下环境,选用水性环氧树脂,参考砂浆黏结拉拔试验设计了界面拉伸黏结试验方法研究改性水泥基修补材料与老混凝土界面的黏结性能,并通过扫描电镜(SEM)观察砂浆的微观形貌,红外光谱(FTIR)分析净浆界面黏结机理。试验结果表明,掺入环氧后能显著改善修补材料与老混凝土过渡区的黏结性能,大幅提高黏结强度。
Abstract: The repair materials often fall off and become invalid during the process of repairing shield concrete segment cracks. Hence, it is deeply essential for the material has high interfacial bond strength. The interfacial bonding properties of waterborne epoxy resin modified cement-based repair materials are tested by self-designed interfacial tension test method. And the microstructure of the modified cement mortar and interfacial bonding mechanism of the modified cement paste are studied and analyzed by SEM and FTIR. The measurement results indicate that the addition of the epoxy can significantly improve the transition zone between repair material and old concrete and increase the bond strength.
