PCCP管道内接口渗漏处理工艺技术

摘 要:针对PCCP管道内接口渗漏常规处理工艺存在的不足,提出了PU注浆止漏+快速填充抗渗剂的工艺方法。就PCCP管道单接口打压时出现的内漏、外漏、内外漏(无渗水)、内外漏(有渗水)四种情况,分别采用不同工艺方法进行处理。所提出的接口预埋针头注胶工艺成功解决了渗漏处理后无法验证的问题,打压孔高压注胶工艺成功解决了外水内渗管道无法使用聚硫密封胶封堵的问题,以上工艺方法在实际施工过程中使用效果明显。
Abstract: For the disadvantages of PCCP interface leakage conventional treatment process, the fast filling process of the PU grouting seepage + anti-permeable admixture is put forward. Different treatment technology is taken on the internal leakage, external leakage, internal or external leakage (no water seepage and taking water seepage) of PCCP when single interface is pressured and it has great effect. The proposed interface embedded needles injecting process successfully solves the verification question after leakage, and pressing hole high pressure injecting process successfully solves the penetration of the polysulfide sealant plugging problem of external water intravasation pipe. The actual construction verifies these processes have obvious effect.
