非晶态铝酸钙基速凝剂的制备及其性能研究

摘 要:试验以非晶态铝酸钙为主要矿相、复合Na2SO4、CaSO4·2H2O、NaAlO2等物质,制备了一种低碱高性能粉体速凝剂。通过正交试验和极差分析研究了四种物质复配对水泥净浆凝结时间的影响,通过正交试验结果得出最优配比为67%非晶态铝酸钙、18% Na2SO4、8%CaSO4·2H2O、6.2%NaAlO2。新型速凝剂在水泥中的掺量为3.5%~5%时,其各项指标均满足JC 477—2005标准中合格品的要求;当掺量为3.5%~4.5%时,新型速凝剂的各项指标均满足JC 477—2005标准中一等品的要求。新型速凝剂掺量为4%,水泥初凝时间为2min26s,终凝时间为4min55s,1d抗压强度19.1MPa,28d抗压强度比为90%。
Abstract: A new type of low alkali high-performance powder accelerator was synthesized by the organic complex of using amorphous calcium aluminate, Na2SO4, CaSO4·2H2O and NaAlO2. This paper was studied by orthogonal experiment and range analysis of four substances after investigating the influence of the cement setting time. The results show that the optimum mix proportion is 67% amorphous calcium aluminate, 18% Na2SO4, 8% CaSO4·2H2O and 6.2% NaAlO2. The dosage of new acclerator in cement is 3.5%~5%, each index of properties meets the requirements of JC 477—2005 standard. The initial setting time and final setting time of the Portland cement added with 4% accelerator are remarkable shortened to 2min26s and 4min55s respectively, and the 1d compressive strength reaches 19.1MPa; meanwhile it provides as high as 90% retention of 28d compressive strength.
