早强型聚羧酸系减水剂的制备及性能研究

摘 要:以过硫酸铵(APS)为引发剂,异戊烯醇聚氧乙烯醚(TPEG)、甲基丙烯磺酸钠(SMAS)、丙烯酰胺(AM)、丙烯酸(AA)、改性丙烯酸酯类化合物(MAE)为原料,利用自由基共聚反应制备早强型聚羧酸系减水剂。运用正交试验分析法,探讨了原料比例、用量等因素对减水剂性能的影响,综合考虑得出最佳配方。相比市售减水剂,利用最佳配方自制的早强型聚羧酸系减水剂具有更高的减水率和更好的分散性,且混凝土的早期强度明显提高。
Abstract: The early strength polycarboxylate superplasticizer was synthesized with isoamyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, sodium methylallyl sulfonate, acrylamide, acrylic, modified acrylic ester compounds and the initiator of ammonium persulfate by free-radical copolymerization. The effects of the ratio and dosage of raw material on the performances of polycarboxylate superplasticizer were investigated by orthogonal test. And the optimal prescription is made certain by holistic consideration. Compared with commercial polycarboxylate superplasticizer, the early strength polycarboxylate superplasticizer prepared under optimal prescription has higher water-reducing, dispersibility and excellent early strength.
