抗油混凝土的试验研究及应用

摘 要:主要采用单掺抗油剂、双掺矿物掺合料两种方法进行了试验,并且结合上述两种方法的优缺点改进了配制抗油混凝土的方法,采用HYK抗油剂与矿物掺合料进行复掺的方法配制抗油混凝土,效果优于上述两种方式。试验主要研究不同HYK抗油剂掺量、HYK抗油剂与矿物掺合料复掺、矿物掺合料复掺条件对抗油混凝土抗油性能的影响,从混凝土强度增长率、机油渗透率、渗透深度等抗油性能指标表征混凝土的抗油性能,得出C40混凝土中硅灰掺量为6%左右,粉煤灰掺量为15%左右,HYK掺量为6%左右时,混凝土的抗油性能最佳。
Abstract: Methods of testing concrete mainly adopts single mixing agent and double mixed mineral admixture, and combined with the advantages and disadvantages of the above two methods to improve the oil resistance of concrete, the oil resistance of concrete is better than the above two ways by using the methods of HYK agent and mineral admixture mixed. The different influences of the HYK agent dosage, HYK agent and mineral admixture mixed, mineral admixture mixed on the oil resistance of concrete are studied, the oil-resistance of concrete is characterized from the strength growth rate, oil permeability, oil penetrating depth and so on. Results show that the oil resistance properties of C40 concrete?is the best when silica fume content about 6%, fly ash content about 15% and HYK content about 6%.
