双掺技术在预制管片冬期生产中的质量控制及应用

摘 要:以引水工程TBM施工使用C60W8F100高性能混凝土管片生产为背景,针对严寒地区冬季生产的管片混凝土强度等级高、耐久性要求高、制作难度大、外观质量要求严、环境温度对质量影响大、工期紧等诸多因素,通过双掺粉煤灰和矿粉矿物掺合料技术,并采取优化混凝土配合比、调整工艺参数等措施,研制出了符合设计要求的高性能混凝土管片。
Abstract: Based on the diversion work by TBM(Tunnel Boring Machine) construction technique using C60W8F100 high performance concrete to produce segment and according to the some factors of segment production in winter of serve cold area such as high-strength degree concrete, excellent erosion-resisting, high exterior appearance quality requirement, environmental temperature and tight schedules etc, the high performance concrete segment that complies with the design requirements is designed and produced by double mixing fly ash and mineral powder technology, optimizing the mix proportioning of concrete and adjusting the process parameters.
