端锚CFRP-混凝土黏结界面受剪性能试验研究

摘 要:利用碳纤维布加固混凝土构件时,通常会发生碳纤维布与混凝土母材之间的剥离破坏,发生该种破坏时,碳纤维布的利用率很低。为了解决剥离问题,引入一种新型毫米级端锚系统,采用改进的对拉双剪试验对构件进行试验研究。通过试验发现,端锚的加入增加了碳纤维布的有效黏结长度,因此其剥离荷载有较大的提高;同时,端锚的加入改变了碳纤维布的破坏模式,带端锚系统的构件所有的破坏模式均为拉断,有力提高了碳纤维布的利用率。通过试验还发现,端锚的利用并不改变黏结长度内各点的受力性能,即端锚的加入并不影响胶体作用的发挥,胶体与端锚的作用是一个叠加的关系。
Abstract: Using CFRP reinforced concrete member, debonding failure happened between CFRP and concrete, utilization rate of CFRP was low. In order to solve stripping problem, a new end-anchored system with millimeter thickness was introduced, expermental research of member is carried out by tension-shear test. Through experiment, adding anchoring could increase effective bond length of CFRP, which made the debonding load larger, at the same time, failure model of CFRP is changed by end-anchored system, the failure mode of members with end-anchored system was fracture which improved the utilization rate of CFRP significantly. The test results also showed that, end-anchored system could not change mechanical performance of member in bonding strength, adding end-anchored system has no effects on colloidal, colloidal and end-anchored system is a superimposed relationship.
