锆硅渣发泡水泥的制备及性能研究

摘 要:以锆硅渣为掺合料、普通硅酸盐水泥为主要胶凝材料,双氧水为发泡剂制备了发泡水泥。通过水泥胶砂强度和净浆流动度试验,研究了锆硅渣的最佳煅烧温度和适宜掺量。同时,对锆硅渣发泡水泥的性能及孔结构进行了探究。结果表明,锆硅渣最佳煅烧温度为450℃,掺量为5%,双氧水用量为3.6%时,制备的锆硅渣发泡水泥制品干密度为450kg/m3,7d抗压强度为3.6MPa,28d抗压强度为4.2MPa,导热系数为0.0903W/(m·K),均达到蒸压加气混凝土砌块同密度等级优等品的技术指标要求。
Abstract: The foaming cement was prepared with the main materials of Zr-contained silica residue as admixture, the ordinary Portland cement as the cementing material, the hydrogen peroxide as the foaming agent. The optimal calcination temperature and the dosage of Zr-contained silica residue were obtained through the cement mortar experiment and cement paste fluidity. Meanwhile, the properties and pore structure of foamed cement of Zr-contained silica residue were studied. The results showed that, the optimal calcining temperature and the appropriate dosage of Zr-contained silica residue were 450°C and 5% respectively. When the dosage of hydrogen peroxide was 3.6%, the density of the sample is 450kg/m3, 7d of the compressive strength is 3.6MPa, 28d of the compressive strength is 4.2MPa, and thermal conductivity is 0.0903W/(m·K), which could meet the requirements of superior products level of the standard of autoclaved aerated concrete block.
