摘 要:研究了高吸水性树脂(SAP)对硅酸盐水泥浆体的凝结时间、抗压强度、自收缩和电阻率的影响规律。结果表明:高吸水性树脂能延长水泥浆体的凝结;当SAP掺量增大时,水泥浆体的抗压强度减小,SAP掺量为0.6%的硬化水泥浆体在28d龄期时的抗压强度为空白组的 80%;水泥浆体在7d内的自收缩随着高吸水性树脂掺量的增加而减小,SAP掺量为0.6%的硬化水泥浆体的自收缩减缩率达31.6%;水泥浆体电阻率在3d内随着SAP掺量的增加而减小;早龄期水泥浆体的自收缩与电阻率呈正相关关系,根据水泥浆体的电阻率变化曲线可以预测自收缩的发展趋势。
Abstract:The influence of super absorbent polymer (SAP) on the setting time, compressive strength, autogenous shrinkage and electrical resistivity of portland cement paste were studied. The results show that the SAP can prolong the setting time of cement paste. With the increase of SAP content, the compressive strength of cement paste decreases. The compressive strength of the sample with 0.6% SAP at the age of 28 days reaches 80% of the control group. The autogenous shrinkage of cement paste decreases with the increase of SAP in 7 days. The shrinkage-reducing ratio of the sample with 0.6% SAP can reach above 30%. The electrical resistivity of cement paste decreases with the increase of SAP. The autogenous shrinkage has a positively correlated with electrical resistivity at early age. The autogenous shrinkage development trends can be predicted by the electrical resistivity changes.
