摘 要:为探究煤矸石陶粒混凝土的抗碳化性能,通过混凝土快速碳化试验,研究了煤矸石陶粒取代率及碳化时间对煤矸石陶粒混凝土抗碳化性能的影响,并建立了适用于不同煤矸石陶粒取代率和不同碳化时间的混凝土碳化模型。研究表明,随着碳化时间的增加,各取代率混凝土的碳化深度逐步加大,且碳化深度与碳化时间的平方根成线性关系,煤矸石陶粒取代率依次为20%、40%和60%时,混凝土抗碳化性能逐渐减弱。
Abstract: In order to explore the anti-carbonization performance of coal gangue ceramsite concrete, the effects of coal gangue ceramsite substitution rate and carbonization time on the carbonation resistance of coal gangue ceramsite concrete were studied through the rapid carbonation test of concrete, and the application of different coal gangue pottery was established. Concrete carbonization model was built with particle replacement rate and different carbonization time. The research results show that with the increase of carbonization time, the carbonization depth of concrete with different substitution rates is gradually increased, and the carbonization depth is linear with the square root of carbonization time. When the replacement rate of coal gangue ceramics is 20%, 40% and 60, respectively, the carbonation resistance of the concrete is gradually weakened.
