摘 要:以钢管直径、CFRP层数为试验变量,探究了CFRP钢管-RPC的破坏形态、荷载-位移曲线以及试验变量对CFRP钢管-RPC极限承载力的影响。结果表明,CFRP钢管-RPC短柱的破坏形态分为鼓曲破坏和剪切破坏两种,当CFRP钢管-RPC套箍系数较小时,多数构件呈剪切破坏;当CFRP钢管-RPC套箍系数较大时,多数构件呈鼓曲形破坏。当CFRP钢管-RPC套箍系数较小时,构件达到极限荷载后承载力快速下降,反之,构件承载力下降陡峭并有上升的趋势,类似于“屈服平台”。CFRP钢管-RPC短柱的极限承载力随着钢管直径增大和碳纤维布层数增多而增加,CFRP钢管-RPC短柱的荷载-位移全曲线可大致分为:弹性阶段、弹塑性阶段、荷载下降段以及强化阶段,部分构件存在着承载力持平阶段。
Abstract: The diameter of steel tubes and the number of CFRP layers as the test variables were studied, the failure mode of CFRP steel-RPC, load-displacement curve and the influence of test variables on the ultimate bearing capacity of CFRP steel-RPC were explored. The experimental results show that the failure modes of CFRP steel-RPC short column are divided into two types: buckling failure and shear failure. When the coefficient of CFRP steel-RPC hoop is large, most of the components show bulging failure. When the coefficient of CFRP steel-RPC hoop is small, the bearing capacity of the component decreases rapidly after reaching the ultimate load; otherwise, the bearing capacity of the component declines steeply and has an upward trend, similar to the "yield platform". The ultimate bearing capacity of CFRP steel-RPC short column increases with the increase of steel tube diameter and CFRP steel-RPC short column number of layers. The full load-displacement curve of CFRP steel-RPC short column can be roughly divided into: elastic stage, elastic-plastic stage, load drop stage and strengthening stage.
