摘 要:为了满足高性能、低成本的要求,试验采用质量较好的河砂作为细骨料,总共引入三种纤维,探讨了砂胶比对纤维水泥砂浆力学性能的影响及河砂与纤维混杂体系的适应性,最终确定了合适的砂胶比。试验结果表明,河砂可以使纤维混杂体系硬化物保持较高的强度,对于单掺钢纤维(SF)、钢纤维(SF)和聚乙烯醇(PVA)纤维混掺水泥砂浆,砂胶比为0.50时,硬化物的力学性能较好;三掺钢纤维、聚乙烯醇纤维、CaCO3晶须的水泥砂浆,砂胶比为0.55时能够保持较高的强度。即在引入微观纤维CaCO3后制备出的纤维增强水泥基材料(FRCC)呈现出了良好的适应性。
Abstract: In order to meet the requirements of high performance and low cost, river sand with good quality was used as fine aggregate in this test, and three types of fibers were introduced. The influence of the ratio of sand to mortar on the mechanical properties of fiber cement mortar and the adaptability of river sand and fiber hybrid system were discussed to determine the appropriate ratio of sand to mortar. The experimental results show that: the river sand can maintain high strength of hardened fiber hybrid system; for a single mixing steel fiber (SF), and double mixed steel fiber (SF) and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) fiber cement mortar,the mechanical properties of the hardened material are better when the ratio of sand to mortar is 0.50; for three mixed steel fiber, polyvinyl alcohol fiber and CaCO3 whisker cement mortar, a high strength can be maintained when the sand to mortar ratio is 0.55. After the introduction of micro-fiber CaCO3, the prepared FRCC shows good adaptability and achieves the purpose of low cost and high performance.
