摘 要:为了研究玄武岩纤维(BF)对喷射混凝土力学性能和工作性的影响,对玄武岩纤维喷射混凝土(BFRS)进行了立方体抗压性能试验及SEM试验,并进行了现场支护应用。结果表明,BF加入后,BFRS坍落度降低、力学性能提升。当BF掺量达到最佳的3 kg/m3时,BFRS 28 d抗压、劈裂抗拉及抗弯强度较普通喷射混凝土分别提升了22.4%、14.3%和13.4%。通过SEM试验发现,BF在喷射混凝土基体内部均匀分布,形成稳定的三维网状承力结构,可以有效抑制界面薄弱区开裂,降低BFRS内部缺陷。进行井下支护应用发现,BFRS复合支护体系具有较好的支护稳定性,二次支护区段内,BFRS巷道80 d变形量相较普通喷射混凝土巷道降低约56%。
Abstract: In order to study the effect of basalt fiber (BF) on the mechanical properties and working properties of shotcrete, cubic compressive test and micro-scanning electron microscopy (SEM) test were carried out on basalt fiber shotcrete (BFRS), and field support was applied. The results show that the slump of BFRS decreases and the compressive performance improves with the addition of BF. The compressive properties of BFRS at 3 d, 7 d and 28 d are 28.0%, 20.1% and 18.6% higher than those of ordinary shotcrete when the content of BF reaches 3 kg/m3. Through SEM test, it can be found that BF distributes uniformly in the shotcrete matrix and forms a stable three-dimensional mesh bearing structure, which can effectively restrain the cracking of interface weak zone and reduce the internal defects of BFRS. The application of underground support shows that BFRS composite support system has good support stability. In secondary support section, the deformation of BFRS roadway in 80 d is reduced by about 56% compared with that of ordinary shotcrete roadway.
