摘 要:通过试验研究了钢纤维体积率、粉煤灰替代率和水灰比三因素对混凝土立方体抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度和静力弹性模量的影响规律。结果表明,掺加钢纤维对轻骨料混凝土抗压和抗拉强度均有提高;随着钢纤维体积率的增大,混凝土弹性模量也平缓增加;轻骨料混凝土中掺入粉煤灰后,轻骨料混凝土抗压和抗拉强度均会明显降低;随着粉煤灰替代率的增大,混凝土弹性模量平缓降低。
Abstract: In order to develop high-performance steel fiber lightweight aggregate fly ash concrete with green properties, the effects of steel fiber volume ratio, fly ash replacement ratio and W/C on cubic compressive strength, splitting tensile strength and static elastic modulus of concrete were systematically studied through experiments.The results show that the compressive and tensile strength of lightweight aggregate concrete increase with the addition of steel fiber; with the increase of the volume fraction of fibers, the elastic modulus of concrete increases smoothly; with the addition of fly ash in lightweight aggregate concrete, the compressive and tensile strength of lightweight aggregate concrete decreases significantly; with the increase of the replacement ratio of fly ash, the elastic modulus of concrete also decreases smoothly.
