摘 要:为了研究钢板-混凝土组合加固梁(SPSS)的抗弯性能,利用ABAQUS有限元软件分别对传统钢筋混凝土(RC)梁和不同型式的钢板-混凝土组合加固梁进行非线性数值模拟,对比分析了梁的荷载-位移曲线、破坏状态、承载能力以及刚度退化曲线。结果表明:钢侧板可以有效分担梁所受剪力,延缓钢筋的屈服及混凝土斜裂缝的开展;采用U型钢板和增厚混凝土层的组合加固方式对梁承载能力的提升最为显著;钢板-混凝土组合加固方法可有效提升梁的初始刚度,延缓其刚度退化速率,提升塑性变形能力。
Abstract: In order to research the flexural behavior of different steel-concrete composite reinforced beams, by using ABAQUS finite element program, the nonlinear numerical simulation of traditional reinforced concrete (RC) beams and steel-plated shear strengthening (SPSS) beams with different combinations were performed respectively. The load-displacement curves, failure states, capacity and stiffness degradation of beams with different sections are compared and analyzed. The analysis results indicate that the steel plate can effectively share force of beam and delay the yield of reinforcement and the development of inclined crack of concrete. The combined reinforcement of U-shaped steel plate and thickened concrete layer is the most significant in enhancing the bearing capacity of the beam. SPSS reinforcement can effectively enhance the initial stiffness of the beam, delay its stiffness degradation rate, and enhance the plastic deformation capacity.
