摘 要:利用长英岩类石粉代替粉煤灰制备蒸压加气混凝土,研究了蒸压养护温度和铝粉掺量对加气混凝土强度、干表观密度及吸水性等性能的影响。试验结果表明,当铝粉为最佳掺量时,试块强度达到3.6 MPa,干表观密度为620 kg/m3,符合蒸压加气混凝土B06级要求,完全可以用长英岩类石粉代替粉煤灰生产蒸压加气混凝土。在蒸压养护过程中,长英岩中石英和长石均不同程度地参与了水热反应。
Abstract: Autoclaved aerated concrete samples were prepared with felsite powder instead of fly ash. The effects of autoclaved curing temperature and aluminum powder dosage on the strength, dry apparent density and water absorption of aerated concrete were studied. The results show that when aluminum powder doses in optimal value, the strength reaches 3.6 MPa, and the dry apparent density is 620 kg/m3. The properties can meet the requirement of standard for autoclaved aerated concrete product grade B06. Felsite powder can be completely substituted for fly ash in production of autoclaved aerated concrete. In autoclaved curing, both quartz and feldspar inside felsite powder take part in hydrothermal reaction to some extent.
