摘 要:逐时累计温度(℃·h)是对逐日累计温度(℃·d)的借鉴,即环境温度t、养护时长h和抗压强度fcu可能存在函数关系。在养护箱内模拟不同温度环境,对C30~C40的二次衬砌混凝土配合比立方体试件进行养护、测试其抗压强度fcu,得到了抗压强度fcu-逐时累计温度(℃·h)回归公式,并计算了C30~C40混凝土的脱模时间推荐值,用于预判铁路隧道二次衬砌脱模;同时给出了需要对该推荐值进行修正的情况。
Abstract: The hourly accumulated temperature of ℃·h lessons from daily accumulative temperature ℃·d, there may be a functional relationship between environmental temperature t, maintenance hour h and compressive strength fcu. Different temperature environment in curing box was simulated, the cube specimen of C30~C40 secondary lining concrete mix ratio were cured, the compressive strength fcu and the regression formula of the compressive strength fcu and the daily accumulative temperature ℃·d were obtained, C30~C40 concrete stripping time recommended value was culculated, which can be used to predict the mold unloading of railway tunnel secondary lining and correction of the value was given.
