摘 要:为综合评价水灰比对橡胶砂浆性能的调控特性,以橡胶等体积替代40%砂,研究不同水灰比对橡胶砂浆力学和收缩性能的影响。研究表明,随着水灰比的减小,橡胶砂浆各龄期的抗压、抗折强度均呈现逐渐提高的趋势;橡胶砂浆的早期收缩特性较为显著,且随着水灰比的减小,橡胶砂浆的自收缩及干缩幅度均呈逐渐提升的趋势。
Abstract: In order to comprehensively evaluate the control characteristics of W/C on the properties of rubber mortar, the effects of different W/C on the mechanical and shrinkage properties of rubber mortar were studied. Among them, rubber was replaced by 40% sand by equal volume. The results show that with the decrease of W/C, the compressive strength and flexural strength of rubber mortar at all ages increase gradually; the early shrinkage characteristics of rubber mortar are more significant, and with the decrease of W/C, the self-shrinkage and dry shrinkage of rubber mortar show a gradual increase trend.
