基于渗透试验的离子导电砂浆工艺优化研究

摘 要:通过对离子导电砂浆试件进行渗透性能试验和截面微观形貌的研究,对其制备工艺进行了优化。试验结果表明,在能满足离子导电砂浆电学性能要求时,电解质溶液浓度不宜太大,不同电解质溶液的最佳浓度要通过试验确定。通过分析不同龄期和不同水灰比试件的渗透试验结果,并结合扫描电镜对试件截面形貌观测数据,得到制备离子导电砂浆试件的最优选择是养护28d且水灰比为0.7的试件,同时不需要考虑试件初始电阻率值的大小。
Abstract: The process optimization of ion-conductive mortar (ICM) is studied by permeability test and observation ofsection micro-topography. The experimental results show that the concentration of electrolyte solution should not be too high when the electrical properties of ICM are met. The concentration of different electrolyte solution should be determined by test. Through analyzing results of permeability test that using specimens with different curing time and water cement ratio, and combining with the observation data of section micro-topography using scanning electron microscope, the optimal choice of making ICM is the specimens curing 28d with water cement ratio equaling to 0.7. Meanwhile, the influence of specimens’ initial resistance value when making ICM can be neglected.
