基于吸水动力学法研究砂浆孔结构对其力学性能与软化系数的影响

摘 要:通过在砂浆中掺入不同的砂浆改性剂,研究了改性剂对湿拌砂浆力学性能的影响;并采用吸水动力学法测定了砂浆的孔结构参数(孔均匀性系数、平均孔径以及孔结构综合因素),研究了砂浆孔结构参数对其力学性能和软化系数的影响。研究表明,砂浆改性剂对不同胶凝体系的影响存在差异,在矿粉体系中,能对其抗压强度提高20%~25%;砂浆抗压强度与孔结构综合因素符合指数函数关系;砂浆软化系数与孔结构综合因素无相关性;图形二值化分析验证解释了试验结果,并与分析结果相符。
Abstract: The influence of the mortar modifier on the mechanical property of the ready-mixed mortar was studied through mixed with different modifier in the mortar. And the pore structure parameters (homogeneity of the pore structure, average diameter of the pore structure and the comprehensive factors of the pore structure) were tested by the absorption kinetic method to study the influence of the pore structure on the mechanical and the soften coefficient of mortar. Testing results show that mortar modifier had different functions in different gel system, the compressive strength was increased 20%~25% with the modifier in the cement-slag powder system. Mortar compressive strength and the comprehensive factors pore structure were in accordance with exponential function relationship, and mortar softening coefficient of no correlation with the comprehensive factors pore structure. Graphic analysis, binary validation explains the experimental results, and it is consistent to the results of the analysis
