C50机制砂混凝土早期收缩抗裂性能试验研究

摘 要:针对桥梁高性能混凝土开裂问题,通过力学性能、收缩以及早期开裂等试验方法,研究了C50机制砂混凝土的早期收缩抗裂性能。试验结果表明,矿渣粉增大了机制砂混凝土早期开裂的风险;掺加4%~6%的膨胀剂能有效抑制混凝土早期收缩,提高混凝土早期抗裂能力;掺加0.1%的SAP也能降低混凝土收缩,提高其早期抗裂性能。
Abstract: Focusing on crack problems of bridge high performance concrete, the early age shrinkage cracking resistance of C50 machine-made sand concrete was studied using mechanical properties, shrinkage and crack testing methods. Test results showed that the slag powder increases the risk of machine-made sand concrete’s early cracking. Mixing 4%~6% expansion admixture can diminish the early shrinkage of concrete and improve the early crack resistance performance of concrete. Mixing 0.1% SAP can reduce shrinkage of concrete and improve the early crack resistance performance of concrete.
