摘 要:利用自主研发的旋转空蚀设备对不同龄期的硬化水泥净浆和硬化水泥砂浆进行连续空蚀试验,观察分析空蚀区和磨蚀区破坏方式的异同,并利用SEM、EDX、XRD、TG&DSC等分析手段观察空蚀对于水泥基材料壁面的破坏形貌,研究空蚀过程对水泥水化产物的破坏。试验结果表明,经过2 h连续不断地空蚀试验破坏,水泥基材料表面尖锐的边缘发生钝化,表现为片状,杆状晶体基本消失,形成熔融组织。空蚀对水泥净浆表面的破坏不仅是简单的力学破坏,同时空蚀效应可以造成水泥水化产物的部分分解,其破坏形式为热分解。具体而言,经过2 h旋转空蚀试验后的28 d水泥净浆试样,水化凝胶损失量不低于30%,氢氧化钙的损失量在25%以上,对硬化水泥浆体的劣化有较为显著的影响。
Abstract: The successive cavitation experiment on harden cement paste and mortar at different ages by using the rotating scaling type cavitation erosion device is conducted to observe and analyze the differences and similarities between cavitation and abrasion zone. Besides, SEM, EDX, XRD and TG&DSC are used to observe the cavitation damage on the surface of cement based materials and study the destruction of cement hydration products in cavitation process. The results indicate that the sharp edge of the cement surface becomes smooth after 2 hours failure by continuous cavitation test, such as the flake, rod shape-crystals are basically disappeared to form melted organization. Thus, cavitation erosion on cement paste is not only a simply mechanical failure but also causing the partial decomposition of cement hydration products. To be specific, the mass loss of hydration gel substances is no less than 30%, and the loss of hydrated lime is more than 25% after 2 hours failure experiment. In that way, the considerable hydration mass loss could lead to a significant impact on cement paste deterioration.
