混杂纤维布加固损伤混凝土梁抗弯承载性能试验研究

摘 要:对比研究了7根试验梁(1根对比梁和6根粘贴一层混编纤维及两层层间混杂纤维加固损伤的混凝土梁)的承载力、刚度及破坏模式。结果表明:加固后,开裂荷载、极限荷载的提高程度明显高于屈服荷载,粘贴一层布发生适筋梁破坏,层间混杂纤维布加固试验梁承载性能提高更为显著,纤维布呈逐级断裂状态,最后发生剥离破坏;混杂纤维加固后延性也有一定改善,粘贴两层纤维布的混凝土梁,受弯区裂缝发展密集,最后FRP布剥离破坏,建议采用两层布时应该增加U型箍的数量,以提高抗剥离能力。
Abstract:Bearing capacity, stiffness and failure modes of a total of 7 specimens, including a comparison of the beam and 6 paste mixed fiber layer and two layers of hybrid fiber reinforced concrete beams were studied. The results show that: after strengthening, increasing levels of cracking load and ultimate load are all significantly higher than the yield load and the damage of reinforced beam with a layer of cloth occurrs; bearing capacity of interlayer hybrid fiber reinforced polymer test beam has more significant improvement, fiber cloth is progressively broken state, and stripped failure of fiber cloth occurs at last; ductility of hybrid fiber reinforced beam has a certain improvement after strengthening, cracks development of beam with two layers of fiber cloth is intensive at flexural area, and the stripped failure of the cloth FRP occurs at last. So it’s recommended that when using two layers of cloth, the number of U-shaped hoop should increase to improve anti-stripping ability.
