摘 要:借鉴均匀锈胀开裂三阶段理论(铁锈自由膨胀、混凝土保护层承受拉应力、混凝土保护层锈胀开裂),结合钢筋锈蚀形态,描述了钢筋非均匀锈蚀引起混凝土保护层开裂的整个过程。并以此为基础,建立了锈胀开裂时刻的钢筋最大锈蚀深度计算模型。两种不同锈蚀形态(均匀和非均匀)下钢筋锈蚀量的参数敏感性分析结果表明:两者主要参数的影响规律相似,钢筋锈蚀量均与混凝土保护层厚度、混凝土强度等级呈正相关关系,与钢筋直径、铁锈体积膨胀率呈负相关关系;非均匀锈蚀与均匀锈蚀的钢筋锈蚀量相比,钢筋锈蚀率较小,而钢筋最大锈蚀深度较大。Abstract:Basedonthethree-stagetheoryofconcretecovercrackinginducedbytheuniformrebarcorrosion(freeexpansionofthecorrosionproduct,concretecoversubjectedtotensilestressandconcretecovercrackinginducedbyrebarcorrosion),combinedwithsteelcorrosionmorphology,thewholeprocessofconcretecovercrackingcausedbynon-uniformrebarcorrosionwasdescribed.Thecalculationmodelofmaximumrebarcorrosiondepthatthemomentofconcretecovercrackingwasestablished.Theanalysisontheparametersensitivityoftheamountofsteelcorrosionintwodifferentformsofcorrosion(uniformandnon-uniform)showsthattheinfluencelawsofthemainparametersaresimilar,thevolumeofrebarcorrosionispositivelycorrelatedwithconcretecoverthicknessandconcretestrength,andnegativelycorrelatedwithrebardiameterandrustvolumeexpansion.Thevolumeofrebarcorrosionofnon-uniformcorrosioncomparedwiththatofuniformcorrosion,theamountofsteelcorrosionrateissmall,andthemaximumsteelcorrosiondepthislarger.

Abstract:Based on the three-stage theory of concrete cover cracking induced by the uniform rebar corrosion(free expansion of the corrosion product, concrete cover subjected to tensile stress and concrete cover cracking induced by rebar corrosion), combined with steel corrosion morphology, the whole process of concrete cover cracking caused by non-uniform rebar corrosion was described. The calculation model of maximum rebar corrosion depth at the moment of concrete cover cracking was established. The analysis on the parameter sensitivity of the amount of steel corrosion in two different forms of corrosion (uniform and non-uniform) shows that the influence laws of the main parameters are similar, the volume of rebar corrosion is positively correlated with concrete cover thickness and concrete strength, and negatively correlated with rebar diameter and rust volume expansion. The volume of rebar corrosion of non-uniform corrosion compared with that of uniform corrosion, the amount of steel corrosion rate is small, and the maximum steel corrosion depth is larger.
