摘 要:采用玻璃平板试验、净浆流动度和自密实混凝土工作性等方法对开发的外加剂进行稳定性评价,优选出高稳定性的外加剂,并研究了不同胶材用量、含气量下自密实混凝土的工作性能和力学性能的变化规律,得出最佳配合比。结果表明,玻璃平板试验可以用来评价外加剂的稳定性,从而选出性能最优的高稳定性外加剂;推荐高速铁路CRTS Ⅲ型板式无砟轨道自密实混凝土配合比为总胶材510 kg/m3,用水173 kg/m3和含气量在(6±1)%时可以同时满足工作性能、力学性能和板面的质量要求。
Abstract: The fluidity of cement paste, glass plate test and workability of self-consolidating concrete are used to evaluate the robustness performances of water-reducing agent, so that a high robustness water-reducing agent is preferable.The variation of workability and mechanical properties of self-consolidating concrete with different cementitious material content and air-containing are studied, and the optimum mixture ratio was recommended. The results show that the glass plate test of concrete can evaluate the static robustness of water-reducing agent well, Thus, a high robustness water-reducing agent with optimum performance is selected. Recommended for self-consolidating concrete mix proportion of high speed railway slab ballastless track of CRTS Ⅲ for cementitious material of 510 kg/m3 , water consumption of 173 kg/m3 and air-containing of (6±1)% can satisfy the workability, mechanical properties and surface requirements at the same. Excellent results have been achieved by using an optimum high robustness water-reducing agent and a preferred concrete mix proportion, and has been successfully applied in Nanchang-Ganzhou High-speed Railway.
